I’ve been training talented women – like you – since 1994. Early in my career, I worked as a professional development officer at Macquarie University and then the University of Sydney. In 2006, I set up my own training business, Think Learn Succeed. Today, that business focuses on helping successful women overcome ‘glass ceiling moments’ in their careers.

Today, I work as a coach and trainer in Sydney, Australia. I’m the author of Difficult People Made Easy, as well as over 90 training programs. I’m qualified in Social Anthropology, Adult Education, Counselling, Executive Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming. My passion is teaching high achievers skills and mindsets for success.

My goal is to train 100,000 women in the art of breakthrough communication by 2020.
